Bad news… we were told that our encrypted emails looked a little ugly and quite frankly we couldn’t argue. Good news… we listened, did a little work and we’d like to take the opportunity to introduce our awesome, newly designed encrypted email.
We’ve released a new version of our iOS app along with a new Google Chrome update; both of these releases contain our new email design. So rest assured, now when you email someone that doesn’t use Jumble they’ll receive a friendlier, prettier email, politely letting them know to login to Jumble to access the email.
Very important is that our new design includes the sender’s email address in the initial line. This allows the recipient to see exactly who sent the email and is linked directly to the Jumble account that sent the email.
Also, for those users who use platforms we don’t yet support and need to decrypt the email on our website, they can access the encrypted email data at the end of the mail. To decrypt the message on our site, go to the Jumble web decrypt page and just paste in the entire email (select all, copy/paste) and we’ll do the rest.
What do you need to do to get the new design?
- Well if you’re already a Jumble user then our Chrome extension will update automatically and you don’t need to do anything.
- If you use our iOS app then make sure to get the update in the App Store.
- And finally if you’re not a Jumble user, then register now and try Jumble for Business for free for 30 days.
We hope you like our new design, we do!
We’re also beavering away on new designs for almost every other aspect of Jumble – so stay tuned for more awesome updates and releases. Our goal is to create a simple, secure product with an amazing experience and beautiful design so please let us know if you think we’ve fallen short and we’ll do our best to make Jumble even better.
